Strong Tower Pentecostal Church

A church with no website at all now has one that answers the three questions every visitor has before they walk through the door, when you meet, where you are, and what to expect.
Objective
Build Strong Tower's first website. The church had tried starting one on their own and got stuck, so anyone searching for them found nothing, no service times, no address, no way to see what a Sunday actually looks like before showing up.
Strategy
Started with what a first-time visitor actually needs. Someone considering a new church wants three things answered fast: when do you meet, where are you, and what will it feel like when I get there. Service times and the address sit on the homepage where nobody has to hunt for them. Built the site around five pages that cover how people connect with a church, About Us, Get Connected, Ministries, Events, and Contact, with Giving linked directly to their Square page so donations work without adding a payment system to maintain. Added a Watch Live button in the main navigation, linked to their YouTube channel. A lot of people watch a service or two online before they ever visit in person, and that path had to be one click from anywhere on the site. Forms were kept simple and purposeful, prayer requests and visit planning, so the church hears from people who aren't ready to walk in yet.

About the Brand

Strong Tower Pentecostal Church is a Spirit-filled congregation in Santa Maria, meeting Sundays at 10 and Tuesday evenings. They run home groups, student ministries, and a Spanish-language ministry, and the church is built around the kind of community where people know each other by name.

What they didn't have was any online presence. They'd tried building a site through GoDaddy and got stuck not knowing where to begin. So anyone who heard about the church and went looking, a family new to Santa Maria, someone invited by a friend, found nothing. No service times, no address, no sense of what a Sunday looked like.

Goal

PyreBrand built the church's first website, designed around the questions a first-time visitor actually has rather than around what the church wanted to say.

Service times and the address are on the homepage. Watch Live sits in the main navigation for people who want to see a service before visiting. Giving links directly to the church's existing Square page. Ministries, events, and contact forms are organized so someone can find their way in whether they're ready to attend or just looking.

Simple, clear, and easy to navigate, because for a church, the website's job is to lower the barrier to walking through the door.
